Returns & Exchanges
As a small, independent business creating handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, I do not offer returns or exchanges beyond statutory consumer rights.Customers within the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal where provided by law. Products made specifically according to individual customer specifications or personalized upon request are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, buyers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, clean, undamaged, and carefully and securely packaged. The fabric label must remain attached to the product. A refund will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our products are primarily handmade or creatively redesigned using existing materials and objects. Each piece is unique and may feature individual characteristics resulting from the handmade process.
These may include:
- Surfaces & Shapes: Minor unevenness, asymmetry, sculpting or sanding marks, small air bubbles, and occasional embedded fibers or lint.
- Colors & Finishes: Slight variations in color, gradients, gloss levels, or coating textures, as well as differences caused by lighting conditions and screen displays.
- Textiles & Faux Fur: Minor variations in measurements, irregular stitching, differences in fur direction, or slight variations in stuffing.
- Upcycling: Pre-existing signs of use, such as scratches, discoloration, wear, or age-related changes in materials.
Such minor characteristics are part of the individual nature of our products, provided they correspond to the described and agreed product condition. By purchasing, you acknowledge the handmade and individual nature of our products.
Functionality, safety, and statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible via email at [email protected] and provide clear photos of the item and, if applicable, its packaging. Where possible and reasonable, I will first attempt to repair the item or offer another suitable solution. If a repair or alternative solution is not possible or reasonable, a refund will be issued.
Shipping
All orders are carefully and securely packaged. Statutory provisions apply to loss or damage during shipping. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can resolve the issue with the shipping provider.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are responsible for informing themselves about the applicable import regulations in their country.
Payment
All prices are listed in euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Under the small business exemption pursuant to Section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged. Full payment is due at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received. Invoices are sent via email.
Intended Use & Safety Information
Unless otherwise stated, my products are intended exclusively as decorative or collectible items. They are not certified as toys and are not suitable for babies or children. The products are not intended for rough play, chewing, or exposure to heat or moisture. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for the proper use of the products. I do not accept liability for damage caused by improper use after delivery. All products have been properly cleaned. However, allergic reactions to detergent residues (in textiles) or certain ingredients and materials (such as nickel in jewelry) cannot be completely ruled out.
Buyers are responsible for considering their individual allergies and sensitivities.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
